Late Policy

If late, please call to advise of your tardiness. 15 minutes late may result in your service time being reduced or rescheduling your appointment(s). If guests have 1 no shows, they will be asked to secure their appointment(s) with a valid credit card.

In the event that you are not unable to honor your scheduled appointment with Serenity Hair Designs, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our stylists, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients.

A cancellation charge equal 50% of the appointment price will be charged to your credit card if we am not notified 24 -hours in advance.
